We will send you an answer to your request via email .
- Within 3 business days, a staff member will send you the necessary information to proceed with the reservation procedure, such as a detailed quotation and information required for reservations, to the email address you entered .
- Please carefully check the contents and reply if you wish to make a reservation.
Notification of arrangement results
We will make arrangements for your travel services based on the information you provide and will inform you of the results by email.
If reservation is possible: Please confirm your reservation details and proceed to payment in next Step.
If your reservation is not possible due to reasons such as full capacity: We will provide you with alternatives so please reconsider your decision.
Payment of travel fare
- We will send you an invoice along with your reservation confirmation by email.
- If there are no errors, please make payment by the due date indicated on the invoice.
If reservation is possible:
- You can choose to transfer the payment to our designated bank account or pay by credit card online.
- If you would like to pay by credit card when we send you the invoice, please let us know by replying to the invoice.
We will send you the final itinerary and all the tickets you need for your trip .
- After confirming your payment, we will send you the final itinerary, e-ticket receipts, and other tickets you need for your trip by email no later than the day before your departure.
